Can I cash out an investment before the lock-up ends, and is there a penalty?

Each investment plan has a lock-up period (the FLEX-style plan has none, while longer plans lock for a set number of days in exchange for higher target APY). When you request a cashout, the investment stops accruing and is scheduled to pay your full current value (principal plus accrued profit) into your Balance on the 1st of the following month. There is no separate early-exit penalty fee applied by the platform. If you want to keep your money fully liquid, choose a plan with no lock-up; if you can commit for longer, the longer-lock plans target higher returns. When in doubt about a specific investment, contact support before requesting the cashout.
