How your membership tier is calculated
Your tier is based on your lifetime deposit basis, which is the greater of two numbers: (a) your current account balance, or (b) the sum of all your approved deposits plus any positive balance credits an admin has manually added. Whichever is higher sets your tier. This means a funded account gets the tier it deserves — not just the tier its crypto/SEPA deposits earned.
Important details:
- Your tier only goes up. Because the basis uses your total lifetime deposits (not just current balance), withdrawing money never lowers your tier.
- The tier is derived live whenever your standing is read — there's no separate stored rank you have to wait for.
- Trading losses or your day-to-day balance moving around won't demote you, since lifetime deposits are counted.
- Welcome/bonus credits do not count toward your tier basis — only real deposits and admin balance credits do.
To move up a tier, deposit enough to cross the next threshold (e.g. reach €2,500 lifetime for Standard, €10,000 for Trader, and so on). Your Membership page shows exactly how much more you need to reach the next level.
- 1Open Dashboard → Membership to see your current tier and progress bar.
- 2Check the "more to reach {next tier}" figure — that's the remaining lifetime deposit needed.
- 3Make a deposit that crosses the next threshold.
- 4Once the deposit is approved, your tier updates automatically.
