Why do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is our identity-verification step. You submit your residential address, date of birth, a photo ID, and a selfie so we can confirm you are who you say you are. The main reason it matters: verification is required before you can withdraw funds. Depositing, investing, and trading stay open without KYC — only withdrawals are locked until your identity is confirmed. You can start verification any time from Dashboard → Account → Identity Verification (`/dashboard/kyc`). Getting verified early means your withdrawals will be ready the moment you need them.
