Withdrawal fee: rates by tier and the minimum withdrawal

The withdrawal fee is another tier benefit that shrinks as you climb: Minimum 1.5%, Standard 1.0%, Trader 0.75%, Professional 0.5%, Gold 0.25%, and Platinum, Diamond and Sheik all withdraw with 0% fee. These rates are displayed on the tier cards and comparison table so you can see exactly what each level offers. Separately, there is a minimum withdrawal of €50 — requests below that amount are rejected. A few other rules apply to withdrawals: your account must be KYC-verified first, you can have only one pending withdrawal at a time, and withdrawals go out via crypto (BTC, ETH, or USDT on TRC20/ERC20). If a withdrawal fee doesn't appear on your withdrawal summary screen, ask support to confirm how it will be applied to your payout.
