Depositing with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT)

On the Deposit page choose one of four crypto options: Bitcoin (Bitcoin Network), Ethereum (Ethereum Network), USDT on Tron (TRC20), or USDT on Ethereum (ERC20). After entering your EUR amount (minimum €100), step 3 shows the exact wallet address to send to, a QR code, and a live estimate of how much crypto that equals (the rate refreshes every 30 seconds). Send the funds from your own wallet, then optionally paste your transaction hash to speed up confirmation. Your deposit is submitted as PENDING and, per the on-screen note, is typically processed within about 2 hours once our team confirms it on-chain; your balance is credited only after that confirmation. Typical network arrival times shown are ~30 min for BTC, ~5 min for ETH/USDT-ERC20, and ~1 min for USDT-TRC20.

  2. 2Enter the EUR amount (min €100) and continue.
  3. 3Copy the wallet address (or scan the QR) shown on step 3 and check the live crypto-amount estimate.
  4. 4Send the funds from your wallet on the SAME network shown.
  5. 5Optionally paste the transaction hash, then submit — track the status in your transaction history.
