Send crypto on the correct network (avoid permanent loss)
You must send only the selected coin on the exact network shown. The deposit page displays a clear warning above the wallet address: *"Only send {coin} via {network} — sending on a different network will result in permanent loss."* For USDT this matters most: USDT-TRC20 (Tron) and USDT-ERC20 (Ethereum) use different addresses, and choosing the wrong one can make funds unrecoverable. Always double-check your wallet's network setting before sending. USDT-TRC20 is usually the fastest and cheapest (~1 min); ERC20 is ~5 min. If you scan the QR code, note that only BTC and ETH pre-fill the amount (they use a payment URI) — USDT chains use a plain address, so you enter the amount manually in your wallet.
- 1On step 3, read the red network warning above the wallet address.
- 2Confirm your wallet is set to the same network shown (e.g. TRC20/Tron vs ERC20/Ethereum for USDT).
- 3Copy the full address (or scan the QR) — never reuse an address from a different coin.
- 4Send only that coin on that network; do not use BEP20 or any other chain.
- 5If unsure, stop and contact support before sending.
