How to withdraw funds to your crypto wallet

You withdraw from your dashboard at Withdraw Funds. The flow has 4 steps: (1) Choose a cryptocurrency/network, (2) enter the amount in EUR, (3) paste your receiving wallet address, and (4) review and confirm. Withdrawals are paid out in crypto, so you need a wallet address for the network you pick. Two things must be in place before you can start: your account must not be blocked, and your identity (KYC) must be Verified. Once you confirm, the amount is deducted from your available balance immediately and the request is placed in a Pending queue for our team to process. You'll get a reference ID and an in-app notification when it's paid.

  1. 1Open your dashboard and go to Withdraw Funds.
  2. 2Step 1 - Choose the cryptocurrency and network (BTC, ETH, USDT-TRC20, or USDT-ERC20).
  3. 3Step 2 - Enter the amount in EUR (minimum €50, up to your available balance). You can tap €100/€500/€1000 or Max.
  4. 4Step 3 - Paste your receiving wallet address for that exact network and double-check it.
  5. 5Step 4 - Review the summary (currency, network, amount, recipient address) and press Confirm Withdrawal.
  6. 6Note the reference number shown on the success screen and track the request under Transactions.
