Why can I only have one pending withdrawal at a time?

You can have only one withdrawal in progress at a time. If a request is still Pending (waiting for our team to process it), the Withdraw page shows your in-progress payout — its amount, network, status, reference number and date — instead of a new form, and any attempt to submit another is rejected with "You already have a pending withdrawal request." This is a safety measure enforced on the server. As soon as your current request is Paid or Rejected, the form unlocks and you can request a new one. To check on the current request, tap View transactions.
