Entering your wallet address correctly (avoid losing funds)

Your wallet address must match the network you selected, or funds can be lost. The form validates the format before you continue and shows "Address format valid" when it looks right:

  • Bitcoin (BTC) — starts with `bc1...`, `1...`, or `3...`
  • Ethereum / USDT-ERC20 — a `0x` address followed by 40 hex characters
  • USDT-TRC20 (Tron) — starts with `T` (34 characters)

Always copy-paste the address rather than typing it, and confirm it supports the exact network shown in the summary. As the on-screen warning states: incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss of funds, and crypto transfers cannot be reversed. If you get an "Invalid wallet address" error, re-check that the address belongs to the selected network.

  1. 1Copy your receiving address directly from your wallet or exchange (never retype it).
  2. 2Make sure it is for the SAME network you chose in Step 1 (e.g. TRC20 vs ERC20 for USDT).
  3. 3Paste it into the address field and wait for the 'Address format valid' confirmation.
  4. 4On the confirm screen, re-read the full address one more time before pressing Confirm Withdrawal.
