When your deposit is credited to your balance

Deposits are not instant — they are credited to your spendable balance only after an admin approves them. When you submit, the deposit is created as PENDING and you receive a "Deposit submitted" notification, but no money is added yet. For crypto, the on-screen note says it's typically processed within about 2 hours after we confirm the transaction; pasting your transaction hash on submission helps speed this up. For SEPA, the balance is credited after you upload proof and our team verifies your bank payment. When approved, you'll get a "Deposit approved" notification and the funds appear in your balance (or go straight into your investment if you deposited into a plan). You can track the exact status any time via the reference link in your transaction history.
